Request user data by following the steps below

1. Install the app from the App Store or Google Play Store, if not already installed.
2. Open the app on your device.
3. If not already logged in, log in to the app using your phone number with SMS authentication.
4. After logging in, click the cogwheel icon on the bottom right of the screen.
5. Click the "Request Data" button.
6. The data will immediately be shown on the screen, where you can copy it to your clipboard.

Delete user data by following the steps below

1. Install the app from the App Store or Google Play Store, if not already installed.
2. Open the app on your device.
3. If not already logged in, log in to the app using your phone number with SMS authentication.
4. After logging in, click the cogwheel icon on the bottom right of the screen.
5. Click the "Delete Data and Account" button.
6. Your account and all related data will be deleted immediately. – Sign back in to the app to create a new account.
